As I have only done self defence shooting till recently, I have been using my EDC pistol - a CZ P07 Polymer with De-Cocker fitted. But since I am now starting with IPSC, I am busy buying a CZ Shadow 2. It seems like a very competitive gun out the box for Production Class, and for Standard class if you want to Modify it a bit. Hi All I am a new member from Johannesburg, South Africa. I have been shooting for about 3 years (Pistol, Shotgun and Semi Auto Rifle about 6000 rounds per year), mostly for fun but also training for Self Defense type shootings, as we stay in a very dangerous City where hijackings, armed robberies, etc. are quite common. I started shooting IPSC 3 months ago, and that is how I came across this forum, looking for advice and tips on improving myself. Especially when it comes to faster target acquisition, target transition and recoil management. I am looking forward to learning from you all.
