Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. Agreed I have been using 4.6gr of Clean Shot under a 180 Blue bullet and have been super happy with the results......single digit SD's and meters absolutely perfect every time.
  2. Just tested some Clean Shot loads through my CZ75 CTS and was very happy with the results. I tested it with 180 grain Bayou Bullets, Blue Bullets and Xtreme ates bullets all with Good SD’s. Best SD was 5fps and worst was 10fps. Like the name implies it seems clean for the limited number of rounds I tested. Recoil feels good to me but more testing will tell more. Loads on my 650 great and meters like water. Here is some chrono data from one load. text.txt
  3. I just picked up some Shooter’s World Clean Shot to give a try. The reloading shop says they have had alot of happy customers and its a good alternative to Titgroup
  4. I’ve had great luck with the Mighty Armory universal decapping die and their swaging kit https://mightyarmory.com/products/universal-swage-kit-fits-press-ram-diameters-3-4-1-1-8 works perfect for me. Easy to use, primers seat easy but not so easy that I have to worry about popping them.
  5. Any idea of what types of components they use. Their website doesn't list whose barrels, extractors, safety, etc that they use. I handled a few of their display guns at the Great Outdoor Show and they seemed very nice, however I didn't get a chance to talk to them.
  6. I used SubMOAPro on my Iphone. Works pretty good. Also for whatever reason that same load is now chronoing @ 2712FPS. Not sure where in the increase came from other than the barrel is still fairly new and now has maybe 500 rounds through it VS the first time I chrono'd it only had 200-250.
  7. I just started working on loads with this powder. IMR 8208XBR 23.5 grains 69gr Sierra TMK COL: 2.250” 2695 fps AVG 16” Ballistic Advantage 223 wylde stainless barrel. This load shot good for me (.8” or .76MOA) but I plan on testing a bit furter as the SD was a little high and I think I can tighten it up a bit more
  8. I have an Angstadt Arms lower with LRBHO that has worked well once since I got my buffer setup correct. I was buffered to heavy and it would not lock open. Went a little lighter and no issues since.
  9. My little guy that I built over the winter. Angstadt Arms upper and lower 8.3" Ballistic Advantage barrel 7" SLR Solo HG SLR titanium comp Kaw Valley bolt and all the other fairly obvious goodies. I'm actually considering selling off the upper and building a 16" upper for it to shoot PCC
