Check your disconnector. If it's got a burr or is mishaped it will slow down the slide that last bit of movement. Also, what pound spring are you running and have you cut any coils?

There's no danger. It may crack after a reload or two. Load it until it cracks and toss it.

9.5-9.7gr will get you 167-174pf. 9.6gr is the major match load and has not failed chrono in a couple years.

I would def recommend the DA. Had a guy in our squad this past weekend with a ton of light strikes with a lightly sprung SAO SP-01. DA might have ignited most of those on a second strike
