  1. Correct, they are all in the “N” frame family
  2. I believe that they are 6-48 x .312 length is dependent on mount, ensure that screw doesn’t go past the inside of the top strap
  3. Why not just do a dovetail cut and tap so that you can buy sights that fit CZ and Tanfoglio? Easier to machine and you can buy front rights for them?
  4. I just ordered one from Bowen in October, it took a couple of weeks to get because I believe that they build to order. I don’t like machining small parts and $45 is well worth it
  5. I can’t tell you the thickness of the top of my head, but it’sa super fine that I’ve had for years. Basically, I’m to lazy to go into the garage, AKA furnace.
  6. If the trigger pull is constant and smooth you should be good. The last one that I did, I stoned it without removing the sear, but I only had to take a couple of passes.
  7. Doesn’t matter which side you drive the pin out, but I don’t recommend pushing it all of the way, just enough to remove the sear. It looks like you’ve installed it, is it not smooth enough?
  8. Is the firing pin and spring new? Could be worn out..
  9. if it cuts, the finish will be removed. Check 4drentals.com , they rent reamers, I’ve used them a couple of times for odd calibers. Your best bet is to have a gunsmith do it, it will probably cost you the same as the rental.
  10. Is it a titanium cylinder?
  11. You might be lucky enough to have cylinders that are actually at .3575”. If you’re not having any accuracy problems, don’t worry about it. The bullet shouldn’t just push through, it should take a couple of light taps with a hammer and a dowel pin.
  12. I used them exclusively in my 610 for a full year of competition, never had a problem.
  13. Sure that it’s not a V-Comp? They are 627-5’s also
