Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. If I remember correctly, information came out in February and registration opened beginning of April for last years match.
  2. Picked up a Winchester SX3 for this year and it ran great at Pandemic. Extended the lifter, opened the loading port, +8 extension with a bolt release button and extended charging handle. Also added a Noveske flush mounted QD sling mount on the stock. Favorite one so far.
  3. I can get quad loads in mine. Slightly modified the loading port and cut back the bulk on the forend. Welded and slightly re shaped the lifter. Nordic Components does have the magazine extension and the bolt release and charging handle. I'm still working with mine a little at a time as far as opening the loading port goes. Mine is a 3.5" gun to start with so, I have been told that the loading port is larger to begin with.
  4. Agree on the safety location. The safety on my Baretta's are on the front of the trigger guard vs. the back. Shot the Generation III Gun in Missouri with a modded Tristar ( my Baretta's are Dove guns with the gas system at the end of the magazine tube so couldn't get more than 3 shells) that broke during one of the stages. Was worried about dropping an unsafe gun in the drop barrel with the safety in a different position than I was use to but a little practice and no issues.
  5. Just picked up the Winchester SX3. Been raining out so I'm waiting to put some shells through it. Looked at many others heard nothing but great things from the Winchester. Could be wrong but for 860 shipped through CDNN for a 3 1/2 I figured it was worth trying it out. Parts aren't hard to find either, ordered everything for it through Nordic. After I get the lifter welded, should be good.
