We are a dealer for STI and to be honest, their website needs some work. They don't give a lot of info on their new guns nor Show Special like the Nitro 2011, Marauder, , DVC Limited in black nitrite Costa Carry Comp etc... Best thing is to call STI and talk to a rep.

I owned a CZ75 TS, did some belt sanding to the frame, got rid of the awful stippling, under cut the trigger guard a little, tuned the trigger a bit and I am ready to go! Well I sold the gun a week later. I grew up around 1911's and shot them during my time in the Marines ( MEUSOC 1911) The CZ and Tangs safety position just didn't work for me, I couldn't keep a high thumb purchase on the guns with the safety off. I rest my thumb on the safety and on the TS, that forced my support hand down. I have owned and competed with several variants of the 2011, they have all been the Tactical series (4.15, 4.0 and the 5.0) I have run the with a bone stock grip as well as a customized one, mags... I have had good luck and back luck with stock ones. The new seem to be a little better but I like to change the followers on mags anyway. I have shot the EDGE and the Marauder and currently own a 4.0 with Threaded barrel in 9mm. I love STI but I also love SV I just don't want to mortgage my house to own one.
