Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. I know this is way old......But any chance did that work? Thanks Kurt I will do that but won't be able to try some live fire for a few days tk make sure it worked. what is the issue that might be happening so I know what to look for?
  2. I am getting ready to send mine to get ionbond. Talked to the applicator and costs around $130 for grip, mainspring housing, beavertail.
  3. I am going to be new to the 2011 platform and need to get some mags. On the MBX website it says that the mags will only work with MBX components. Is this just a ploy to get you to use their stuff. Do the Grams guts work without modification?
  4. Gun is off to Cerakote this week. I'll try and get some numbers up next week

    TSO

Depends on what you like. I ran the stock one for awhile but just switched to the CZC large magwell for Limited class. I wanted a little more funnel for getting the mags in under time. Magwell https://czcustom.com/cz-parts-all/mag-wells/cz-tactical-sport-mag-well-large.html Main spring plug for magwell https://czcustom.com/cz-parts-all/mag-wells/cz-75-main-spring-plug-for-mag-well.html
  6. I run a #15 hammer and a #13 recoil spring. 170pf ammo is throwing brass 6-8 feet away.
  7. I have a TSO that I am thinking about selling to fund a 2011 buy. If interested shoot me a PM. I can get some pics later tonight when I get home.
  8. I am looking at selling my TSO to fund a 2011 buy. If interested send me a PM.
  9. Just ordered 8 Lbs from powder valley. From what I have been able to gather it should be a very good powder.
  10. I just saw that this is a thing. I'm down to the last little bit of titegroup. Might have to switch. Powder valley has some 1lb and 8lb in stock.
  11. I have run the decap then Wet tumble with SS pins then load. But that is taking too much time as I am ramping up my shooting. Going to just wet tumble with Pins/armor all wash/lemishine mix then load. Guess it shouldn't be any different.
  12. Blue bullets all the way! 180gr over 4.1 titegroup. Makes a pretty hole down range from my TSO
  13. I decided to run a TSO due to cost. $1600 new compared to $2500 at the least. Only thing my TSO needed was some beviling to the magwell and gun its self. But easy enough with a dremel and a light touch. Other than that the thing just runs. Only time I have an issue is when it starts getting dusty and it kinda clunks into battery every so often. On a long sectional or area I take the slide off wipe it down and re-lube. Like others have said no heavy grease. I've found that ALG go juice works well. Not needed. But I replaced the factory trigger with a straight blade from CGW and added the CZC mag well for a little bigger target on reloads. Any other questions feel free to PM me
  14. Are you guys using the 11 or 13 coil springs with 140 base pads?
