Looks for Match

Looks for Match (2/11)

  1. They do. They offer Multigun uspsa matches several other things they hosted a gssf match there last weekend 420ish shooter which isn't bad for our state. Then hornady host a big Multigun event every year. Sent from my VS985 4G using Tapatalk
  2. Monthly matches are located at Thunder alley indoor range the first Saturday of every month. Pretty plain 36 rounds max 1 or 2 stages. The organization is not strong enough to have a state match they barley get one outdoor qualifier done a year and they have been hosting it in Columbus. As someone else said. 3. There is a company teaming up with STI to make mold guns for holsters. This should really open up the market for STiholsters with your local makers. Sent from my VS985 4G using Tapatalk
  4. edit never mind Facebook is stupidSent from my VS985 4G using Tapatalk
  5. Thanks Kurt for the video I watched it the other day and then I have watched it seveal times since. So regarding my gun on the pictures posted above are you suggesting that corner should remain almost the same and taper down the taper the front of the receiver from middle down towards the follower to create a funnel?
  6. I just have a standard m3000. I need to practice my reloads but sometimes it's like hitting a brick wall with the shell. I think I need to take a little off the string also but first I'm going to load it up and let it compress a few days. I was working of Patrick kelley pictures from his orginal gun. I can not see the follower as you can in his pictures. Sent from my VS985 4G using Tapatalk
  7. Can anyone make a recommendation on my loading port? Sent from my VS985 4G using Tapatalk
  8. I need some help... I opened up my loading port and polished the mag tube my gun runs great but I am having problems loading 2. I think I need to take the loading port further forward but I wanted to get some opinions before I get the dremel and files back out. I pushed the dog but he wouldn't move haha Sent from my VS985 4G using Tapatalk
  9. If I remember correctly Tom does not believe in clamps. This was discussed previously in the thread. They can also affect slugs Sent from my VS985 4G using Tapatalk
  10. I wet tumble with the same design but got it off ARFcom. I will have to carwash to help with tarnish After cleaning. Drives me nuts to get it all done then come back later and find it not shiny anymore. Sent from my VS985 4G using Tapatalk
  11. I've looked at them also Jesse. My local Sheels has a large supply of Franchi and Stoeger so have handled both and prefer the feel of the Franchi over the Stoeger. IMO it is lighter and I thinner in width. So since you have one... Where is the serial number located? Does either a Stoeger or a benelli tube fit the franchi? Sent from my VS985 4G using Tapatalk
  12. Sorry brain laps I was thinking it was normally located on the the loading port ledge...
  13. Where did you yours um serial number go?
  14. Mr. Kelly the same is to be said you you! None of this would have come on so strongly without out your great artical. People need to support you in your writing, photography, and cheering you on in matches. I have followed you on Facebook and I try and read and like things you post when I catch them. They way you promote shooting sports, action style to clays just shows your love for shooting and how much class you really have. Everyone needs to support you also! Thank you Mr. Kelly!
  15. Well a bit of a update. I did some filing as the video shows and I still have problems.... Been fighting this and finally ran a dental pick down the mag with out a spring or follower. It seems that the inside dimensions of the mag are. Smaller then the extension itself leaving a small lip that the spring not the following is hanging up on. I filed. A small chamfer in the inside of the mag and it did not hang up and fed all the rounds. Made me very happy...
