Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. You can take it a lot further forward, just be careful to not open the side opposite the shell latch too far, and keep the top portion of the follower lip intact as much as possible. An RCI Benelli 3-gun follower is a good idea as well if you take it more forward.
  2. I've used 21, 24 and 26 inch M2's extensively. The 24 and 26 feel very similar unless you are shooting them both back to back. If you are set on the 26 then get it switched, but the difference in length won't affect your performance in any measurable way.
  3. I use Fiocchi Shooting Dynamics, 7.5, 1200 or 1250 FPS. The hulls are really consistent, and are readily available. The biggest issue I see with the super cheap shells is inconsistent crimp, which can cause major feeding issues. I’ve opened boxes of federal top gun and found shot rolling around in the bottom of the box.
  4. What major 3-gun match did you shoot that didn't have a rule book?
  5. It's only a matter of time before pistol red-dots are legal in Tac ops...we allow red-dot rifle optics in 'irons'...a red dot on a pistol isn't as much of an advantage as big sticks and comps.
  6. I have never shot an major outlaw match that didn't have a published rule book. I will assume that you have never shot an outlaw match, and that's why you haven't seen one...
  7. Bummer...I already have another match scheduled for Oct 8-10. Hate to miss this one, but previous commitments have to be honored.
