  1. To mental stability then there is required to control on the mind. The reason is that mind is a way to flow of the thoughts and at the end it depends on the person to think about positively or negatively. In the mental stability meditation exercise helpful to concentrate in the work and stable the mind to get any decision.
  2. To sleep well then there is required to forget all the worries, stress and hyper tension and for that do the meditation exercise as deep breath which helpful to get the deep sleep.
  3. Mind is a way to thought about any topics. So there is required to control on the thoughts and be optimistic in any way. To control on the thoughts then there is required to follow the meditation exercise regularly. Also concentrate in a single activity at a time which helps to increase the concentration level and gain the confidence.
  4. When person loosing anything about carrier, person, money and so on then as a human nature person become depressed. Another thing is that there is required to come out from the depression to enjoy the life. For that to start the activities which you like the most due to this procedure it increase the concentration power.
