Looks for Range

Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. Glad to see the positive feed back we took 2 years to design ,build and test the MBX line and deciding to find the right balance between the different manufactures / custom gun builder and grip manufactures was challenging because the magazine needs to ride as high as possible in the gun to assure reliability . We worked on the capacity / reliability and although at first glance the MBX may look like the other brands, it is very different I designed it to be the best I felt we could build in a complete ready to go package ,I wanted to produce a magazine I could receive in a box put into my shooting bag, go to a uspsa match fit the gauge hold the max rounds and shoot every stage with , it sounded so simple ! 2 years later and here we are . I am sure some people will like this concept and others will want to build there own combonation the MBX tube was Not designed to be platform for the existing aftermarket parts for STI /SV tubes the aftermarket parts will go into the tube but I would not recommend thinking you have now a great new combonation, all the MBX parts , size ,and shape have months/ years of design and testing and are very different from the parts on the current market today for a good reason . Looking forward to getting back to shooting and seeing the MBX shooters at the range we will continue to work on new models and design features for the competitive shooter Adrian MBX
  2. The MBX 126mm mags will be able to take the standed MBX base pad for people who are not concerned about the box rule and they hold 1 more round as compaired to the angled box rule IPSC base pad So to answer a posted question we will have a special IPSC box rule base pad it has been designed to fit the ipsic box around a factory stock STI edge wth No modifications to the factory gun or sights ( cutting/ changing sights ) Adrian MBX
  3. Thanks to the forum member that filled in for me you where correct , The mags will all fit the gauge 141mm and 171 mm also we are finishing up the short 126 mm tubes in 9 mm/.38 and .40 cal they will be set up to use the MBX standard base pad but also we have a box rule base pad designed
  4. The concept of the MBX magazines line was to be able to purchase the best competition magazine , take it out of the package when it arrived at your door step and go shoot a match with it . This is much easier said then done but as a competitive shooter myself I believe we have put together a great new product that will Speak for its self in the toughest and most demanding shooting sport . I will continue to work at producing the best products under the MBX line we will be adding a lot of different lines such as Para / new Armscorp , Caspian and EAA /tankfollo Hopefully all will be available during the middle to end of 2015 After spring break- in the new .40 sw holds 21 rd reloadable the 9 mm /.38 line needs NO spacers the tubes are designed to hold 24 140 mm the 170 mm is a 30 rd tube design the reason I say 29-30 is that some people just do not have the ability or hand strength to load anymore then 29 but if you check out the How to videos on the MBX site you can get some tips on loading for Max capacity and we will have some good videos on checking correct install mag hight and identifing issues with extractors ,feed ramps bullet length ,recoil springs and mag catches to aid in tuning your gun for competition use .
