  1. The PractiScore.com website has several tutorials. Start here: https://community.practiscore.com/c/tutorials-learn-how-to-do-stuff/19
  2. Much better understanding of the process thanks to the Enosverse.
  3. Wow. +0.8g. That's +25% at minimum to +21% maximum published for N320 in latest VV app for 9x19mm.
  4. Ran out of 147g ibejihead coated flat point bullets. Found some Hornady 115g FMJ RN and loaded them over the same VV N320 charge I used for the 147's. Turns out the lighter bullet wouldn't cycle my Springfield XDm. Seems counter-intuitive.
  5. Forwarded to Nanci via Facebook.
  6. During the chaos and anarchy caused by the QotM, we shot Fixed Time 09-09 Lightning & Thunder. "String 2, 15y: On the start signal engage each target with only one round each make a mandatory reload and reengage each target with only one round each freestyle." It got shot as 2-2-1 reload 1 with no penalties applied.
  7. Looks like the finished round chute and bin hanger.
  8. X = Expired membership, needs to be renewed.
  9. Also got an error message today when trying PractiScore>Import/Export>Update Classification on iOS and Android devices. Also a super classifier match from August was re-uploaded and is now shows the P flag.
  10. A series of pairs to preserve balance: Upper 2-3, 4-1, then bottom 2-3, 4-1. (Or 3-2, 1-4 if you prefer.)
  11. I've always tumbled my brass in corncob media first, whether range pickup or newly manufactured. Then size, decap, and inspect. Then its on to loading (Dillon 550B progressive).
  12. Keep it balanced. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 I try for 2-3 then 4-1 on top, then 6 -7 followed by 8-5. No pause between plates or plate pairs or you'll allow rotation to start. Then when the end weights fall off it gets real interesting. Was at a match where the evil stage designer put a stomp pad under the falling weights to activate still more targets.
  13. I've seen them listed in Dillon's Blue Press catalog.
  14. 9.2.4 Fixed Time Limited time, limited number of shots to be fired, stipulated number of hits per target to count for score. 9.2.4.1 A competitor’s score is calculated by adding the highest value stipulated number of required hits, minus penalties. The overall stage results are not factored, and competitors are ranked by the actual net points achieved by them. 9.2.4.2Fixed Time must use cardboard targets exclusively and they should, where possible, be disappearing targets. 9.2.4.3 Fixed Time must only be used for Standard Exercises, Classifiers or Short Courses 9.2.4.4 Fixed Time courses of fire do not incur failure to shoot at or miss penalties.
  15. Fixed time, NOT Comstock https://uspsa.org/viewer//03-14.pdf
  16. Win Choke pattern. Operating out of Hidden Valley Sporting Goods, Jemez Springs, NM. I sent Nanci a link to this thread via FB Messenger.
  17. Depends on the Division. All the handgun divisions have a maximum magazine length, either 140mm or 170mm. 170 is Single Stack Major or Open. See USPSA Rules Appendix D for the maximum magazine lengths. No limit for PCC.
  18. New 38 Super brass when I run short of used for local matches for better recovery/reuse. Other than Starline headstamps range brass are set aside for lost-brass matches.
  19. Not a fan of 'Niche Nationals. Back-to-back Irons and Optics at a single venue or return to all-in-one (there weren't near as many divisions the last time that happened).
